- The AWISH API is publicly available and usable by developers, businesses, and partners.
- Users must give explicit consent before any third-party app can access their data.
- Initial approval is a one-time prompt before integration is active.
- Users can revoke access at any time through their AWISH account or the third-party provider.
- AWISH is not responsible for third-party handling of user data.
2. Developer Responsibilities
- Follow all API documentation and security best practices.
- Request only necessary data for app functionality.
- Allow users to revoke data access anytime.
- Clearly explain how data is used and stored.
- Comply with all relevant data and financial regulations.
3. User & Developer Relationship
- AWISH does not manage third-party platforms or services.
- Disputes or refunds must be addressed directly with the third-party provider.
4. API Usage & Integration
- Public and secure API endpoints available for integration.
- Authentication protocols to ensure data protection.
- Transaction records and logs maintained for transparency.
- User consent governs access level.
Revoking API Access
- Delete account on the third-party app.
- Use the app’s built-in revocation tools.
- Contact the provider directly.
5. Agents & Partners
- Must follow AWISH’s guidelines and policies.
- Cannot misrepresent AWISH or act beyond authorized roles.
- Are responsible for their own business practices.
6. Payment & Transactions
- Must comply with AWISH’s Payment Policy.
- AWISH does not process external financial disputes.
- Users should confirm refund rules with the third-party.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- AWISH is not liable for third-party issues or financial loss.
- Users approve third-party access at their own risk.
8. Termination & Updates
AWISH may revoke API access for violations and reserves the right to update this policy. You will be notified of material changes.
